Fully automated Windows Active Directory penetration testing

Active Directory Penetration Testing

Key Enhancements for RidgeBot 7.0

We’re pleased to announce RidgeBot 7.0! This release introduces fully automated Windows Active Directory penetration testing, reinforcing our commitment to protecting critical infrastructure across Windows-based enterprise environments.

Windows Active Directory Penetration Testing
RidgeBot 7.0 delivers end-to-end domain compromise simulation, automatically running enumeration, credential extraction, lateral movement, and Domain Admin path validation without manual setup.

Two modes are available: Black-Box (unauthenticated, no credentials required) and Gray-Box (full chained exploitation with up to 5 credential pairs). All findings are mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK framework with prioritized remediation guidance.

Expanded Platform Coverage
RidgeBot 7.0 significantly expands security validation capabilities across Windows and Linux-based services, networks, websites, applications, IT infrastructure, and IoT environments—further strengthening its position as a comprehensive automated penetration testing platform.

MITRE ATT&CK Visualization
Technique coverage now surfaces directly in task detail views and generated reports, using an executed-vs-exploited two-color rendering that makes findings immediately presentable in executive briefings.

JIRA Integration: Custom Field Mapping
RidgeBot findings can now write into individual JIRA fields — including custom ones — so teams can act on findings through native board views, JQL filters, and automation rules without parsing free-text descriptions.

Custom User-Agent & X-RidgeBot Correlation Header
SOC teams can now trace every probe back to a specific scan, while simplifying WAF and IDS whitelisting for RidgeBot traffic.
