The FI-1000 is a new video fiber inspector as part of the OptiFiber PRO, CertiFiber Pro and FI-7000 product line.
This new video fiber inspector offers every common video probe tip needed for bulkhead and patch cord connector inspection. The OFP-FI kit comes standard with these four probe tips:
The Fluke Networks FI-1000-KIT features an USB Fiber Inspection Video Probe which works with the Versiv products: CFP-100 CertiFiber Pro, OFP-100 OptiFiber Pro, DSX Cable Analyzer, FI-7000 FiberInspector Pro and FI-7000-MPO FiberInspector Pro with MPO Tip and Cleaning. The 2Mpx Fluke Video Probe with the field of view 425µm (horizontal) and 320µm (vertical) is used for fiber end-face inspection to detect minimum 0.5µm particles. Its operating temperature is 32°F to 122°F (0°C to +50°C).
The Fluke Networks FI-1000-KIT includes: USB Fiber Inspection Video Probe for Versiv products and tip set (LC, FC/SC bulkhead, 1.25 and 2.5mm universal tips in a box).
